Final Chase Drivers Lock In On Saturday Night
<p>The 2010 Race to the Chase winds down this weekend with the <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&zu=http://nascar.about.com/od/2010nascarseason/p/2010-Air-Guard-400-At-Richmond-International-Raceway.htm">2010 Air Guard 400 at Richmond International Raceway</a>.  Ten of the Chase drivers are <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&zu=http://nascar.about.com/b/2010/09/06/tony-stewart-scores-in-atlanta.htm">already locked in</a> and <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&zu=http://nascar.about.com/od/nextelcupdrivers/p/gbiffle.htm">Greg Biffle</a> needs only to finish 42nd or better to add his name to the list.</p> <p>All eyes will be on <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&zu=http://nascar.about.com/od/drivers/p/cbowyer.htm">Clint Bowyer</a> who currently holds twelfth by 117 points over <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&zu=http://nascar.about.com/od/nextelcupdrivers/p/rnewman.htm">Ryan Newman</a>.  Bowyer will need to finish 28th or better to clinch the final Chase spot regardless of what Newman does.</p> <p>28th or better should be easy for Bowyer and his Richard Childress Racing team who have been solid in 2010. The Battle For 43rd

Tony Stewart Scores In Atlanta

Atlanta Up Next As Chase Looms

Boris Said Wins Thriller In Montreal
<p>Once again the Nationwide Series proved that it has the most exciting racing in NASCAR.  The closing laps of the 2010 NAPA Auto Parts 200 at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal featured a three-way battle for the lead between Boris Said, Max Papis and Jacques Villeneuve. 2011 NASCAR Schedules
<p>NASCAR released the full 2011 schedules for the Sprint Cup, Nationwide and Camping World Truck series last week.</p> <p>As expected California Speedway and Atlanta Motor Speedway each lost a race. Brian Vickers Ready To Race Again
<p>Brian Vickers was forced to drop out of NASCAR earlier this year after blood clots were discovered in his chest. Since we last heard from him in May<a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&zu=http://www.nascar.com/2010/news/headlines/cup/08/21/bvickers.heart.surgery.back.in.2011/index.html"> Brian has endured, and fully recovered from, open heart surgery</a> that repaired a hole in his heart.   Brian now claims to be in the best shape of his life and looking forward to getting back into racing.</p> <p>Vickers didn't make many friends when <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&zu=http://nascar.about.com/od/2006season/a/talladega2.htm">he scored his first win in 2006 amid some controversial Talladega contact</a>. Kyle Busch Scores Historic Bristol Triple-Sweep
<p>The <a href="http://clk.about.com/?zi=1/1hc&zu=http://nascar.about.com/od/2010nascarseason/a/Kyle-Busch-Makes-History-In-Bristol-With-Triple-Sweep.htm">2010 Irwin Tools Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway</a> was Bristol's 100th Cup series race.  Kyle Busch made it legendary by dominating the race on his way to becoming the first driver in NASCAR history to win all three of NASCAR's top touring series in the same weekend.</p> <p>Whether you like Kyle Busch or hate him you have to admit that it takes genuine talent to win in three different vehicles on the same weekend. This is an impressive feat. It's Bristol Time!
